Terrible Place. We set up a 4 P.M. pickup time for our UHAUL rental the day before we move, as we are leaving for Chicago at 6 A.M. and need it loaded up tonight. We show up at 4 and they are closed. Stay far away from this awful place, now we have to drive an extra hour out of the way to pick up a trailer that is smaller than the one we initially ordered.
Horrible experience. Wish I could rate with no stars. Drove all the way out there to pick up a U-Haul trailer that had been reserved ahead of time only to find the place closed and no answer on the phone. When we called U-Haul directly they said they have had trouble with this location before. Steer clear of this place if you really need a U-Haul. Now we have to drive elsewhere only to get a smaller trailer than what we need.
Very friendly and personable staff. Great prices on boat storage as well.
Everything you need in a local place. Light shopping while I get the sled tuned up.
