Professional staff ? Well, not the receptionist / front desk. I was really looking forward to starting treatment here but I can't get through to them on the phone. I will update this review if/ after I actually recieve service here. I'm trying to call 8/21 @ 2:30-3pm. I've bene on hold for over 35 min now and counting. How do you run a good business if you cannot even answer the phone ?! NO answering machine/ service , call back option, nothing ! Not a good sign.
Dr. Roh, without question, is the most knowledgeable and caring Physician! Truly, he approaches each patient with such a genuine goal to give successful treatment plans. Dr. Roh has helped me immensely! He has brought my pain level down to where I feel there is active life again. He provides expertise coupled with compassion.
