I have received high quality services from Inland Imaging’s compassionate caring providers and support staff for years. This one star rating is because of their impossible scheduling system, beginning with the “don’t call us, we will call you” message and ending with their impossible phone system. I received a message to schedule my mammogram a couple of months before my oncologist wanted me to have it. I called back when it was due and I knew my schedule. I had 3 stereotactic breast biopsies done at once. To say I was scared and anxious would be an understatement. The pain was so minimal that I was shocked. Hardly felt a thing. Dr. Schlung is a wonderful doctor and so gentle and kind. His tech assistant, Alyson, held my hand and was so calming. And Julie, the patient care director is such a godsend for women like me getting this scary procedure done. This is my team right here. Thank you for taking such good care of me. False positives which led to lots of tests, anxiety, which led to an invasive biopsy, which led to..."oops! we're wrong!" Read the research and recommendations about mammograms, find out your personal rusk factors like genetics or obesity or smoking, etc., or... none of the above like me rather than exposing yourself to excess radiation, biopsies and more "oops! But it made money" ...think critically, it's YOUR BODY not a medical scheme for money.
Fast and to the point. Highly recommended!
