Edit 4 years later: We have ground water coming up through our slab in our master bedroom due to a big crack in the foundation. When I called the 2-10 warranty they told me this isn't covered. That the only things that are covered in the 10 year structural warranty is if your house is unsafe because it cannot bear it's own weight any longer. The sales lady didn't know where the playground is that's pictured on their site and if it's available for home owners. I asked her several questions by email and she never replied back. She didn't know that the pool and other amenities at Villages of Avalon would be available indefinitely, not just while they were building their own pool. Plus, their pool will be very small once it is built. I found all that out from a sales rep at M/I Homes who are also building homes there. I wish I could choose another sales rep to work ... read more
