Dr. Jo is great but his staff is absolutely awful. They rarely answer calls and take over a week to respond to voicemails even though it clearly states that they will respond in 24 hours. Good luck getting help with anything time sensitive regarding your health.
Had an endoscopy exam. Three bills from the doctor, facility, and anesthetist. Total cost is 520, with an additional 20 follow up copay(30min in waiting room, 5 min in doctor office being told everything’s okay). All charges are after in-network insurance(uhc) coverage. Nice staff overall, but come with a price. Stay healthy so you can stay away from this. :-(
Will NEVER return to this place.
