Update: I was sent a text 1.5 hours before my appointment telling me it was canceled due to bad service connection. When I call telemed2u im met with prying questions front the call center. Like "why are you calling, and what does it specifically pertain to?" This is private information. I selected option to speak with my "care team" and that's what I want to do. Very unfortunate they do not take medi-cal/IEHP anymore. They are one of the few endocrinologists who do Telemedicine around my area. I hope they start taking it again soon. Thank you for my 1 year of treatment.
This place has gone downhill since Dr. Reddy left. All telemedicine and PA’s what a shame!
Extremely disappointed in the service since Reddy has been gone! The PA that took over my chart just after Reddy, was incredible. She has since moved on and the office seems to only do telehealth appointments. The last two PA's with whom I had my appointments with had NO knowledge of previous history. I have been a patient for over 10 years and expected these newer PA's to have some knowledge of my history. My most recent telehealth appointment was a shock! Very disappointed with this place especially with Dr. Siegel. Don’t have words to describe how uncaring he is. Even with cancer history he doesn’t mind delaying and denying tests for a patient. Messing up referrals on purpose. No one should see him. If they don’t have compassion they should be in this profession. Office staff is way too overloaded and they delay everything.
