Our pittie needed TPLO surgery for a CCL tear. Dr. Simon was amazing - he really listened to our concerns about our unique pup and treated her accordingly. Shawna always answered my questions on the phone or email promptly and consulted Dr. Simon when needed. They provided detailed information so that we had no issues filing claims with the insurance and informing the physical therapist.
