Worst customer care service I've gotten in 27 years of my existence.
I am extremely disappointed with Inland Psychiatric Medical Group. The receptionists are unhelpful and often rude. I called multiple times asking questions and needing help in regards to my psychiatric care while traveling, but was told that they couldn't do anything for me while away. They provided me with no information or ways to get help. Additionally, each time visiting the office I have had to wait at least thirty minutes past my appointment time to be seen.
