Horrible. Had my boat winterized and they ruined the white vinyl with grease stains and now won't fix that.
Stopped by 4/24/2017. It appears they are closed for business. Shop across street is GONE and building is pretty much empty.
do not go here look up quams motor sports in Stoughton much better customer service I have used this place for years because they are the only mercury dealer in Madison. Today I called to ask questions about steering and what one is the right one to get and the lady was very rude and hung up on me. when I called back to speak to a manager she informed that she is the manager and was ten times more rude than the first call. Just got back from Inland Boat works. Had to purchase parts for a trailer. I found the staff very helpful and very friendly. Regarding the no returns, they have a sign right next to the cash register talking about their return policy. Staff even told me about their return policy.
