Driver ran a red and almost took my bumper off because he didn't want to stop while I turned

In November of 2021, I was passing an Inland Asphalt truck with a full load when THEIR unsecure load launched rock onto the top of my truck causing my sunroof to explode and shatter. After following the driver I was able to get his bosses name (Dan) and number. Dan was about the most unprofessional individual I have ever spoken with. I asked him how he would like to handle this situation and he informed me he was not handling anything as he deals with "people like me" about 20 times year.
