Driver ran a red and almost took my bumper off because he didn't want to stop while I turned

In November of 2021, I was passing an Inland Asphalt truck with a full load when THEIR unsecure load launched rock onto the top of my truck causing my sunroof to explode and shatter. After following the driver I was able to get his bosses name (Dan) and number. Dan was about the most unprofessional individual I have ever spoken with. I asked him how he would like to handle this situation and he informed me he was not handling anything as he deals with "people like me" about 20 times year. I went in one of the establishments with my brother because one of the truck drivers hit his car, we had clear video evidence that it was the Inland Asphalt company’s driver who hit my brothers car. We then talked with a general manager named Doug Migas to see if we could get the issue resolved. He definitely wasn’t the brightest or friendliest, he basically brushed us off with a resentful attitude and said it wasn’t enough evidence.
