Billing and Office Manager Josie (sp?) is dismissive and unnecessarily passive aggressive. Called to make a co-payment and shared the feedback that there's no website or web address information or QR code on the mailed bill to make the payment, so it's a little bit of a hassle (not to mention the 3 other times ive called to make the co-payment but she never answered.. but I digress). I’ve been trying to find a diagnosis to my underline condition for all three years and I’ve been to a handful of Doctor after Doctor just wanna give me medication and shove me away. We've been going to Dr. Patel's for over a decade now. The staff, the service and the individual attention and care are by far the best. When many doctors struggle to help my 5 month old (a decade ago), Dr. Patel took one look at her and told us exactly what it was. He is the biggest reason why shes here with us today. The pool of knowledge that he has is just amazing. He's such a blessing to all his patients. Dr. Shah is another amazing addition to the Inland Allergy family.
