I wouldn't bother doing business with this company. 1) Items labeled as "in stock" are not actually in stock - they take ten days or more to ship. 2) Was given a tracking number which stated delivery by last Friday. That delivery did not happen, and I was told it would arrive Monday (today) 3) Called and spoke with Katy Klingberg (again) this morning to get confirmation of today's order. 1 star good website 1 star answering the phone -3 stars from Charlie who answered the phone get a pen and paper so the customer doesn't have to repeat everything 2-3 times I'm calling to spend money not to feel like a nuisance....
