I had dealt with one of their worker Matt. He was did work on my sample hats and did a horrendous job. He kept delaying the work telling me they got new machines in and the machine had to get calibrated. Then he would delay the work again on 3 hats, just 3 by saying they had an order for the NY Mets. Which was all understandable until I received the hats where every one of the hats were messed up.
