We had these guys make some shirts and hats for the shop and they turned out awesome. They got specific red lap shirts we like as well as fitted hats that I prefer. Thank you!
KDNK Radio in Carbondale has worked with Inkswell for our membership drive merchandise for years and we absolutely love them! Rachel and Samantha and their team are super professional, have great ideas when you need help on colors or design, they are always willing to work with our deadline and our shirts and hats always come out looking amazing! Terrible customer service. I called and spoke to Samantha and let her know our daughter had passed and wanted to get 50-100 Tshirts designed. She wasn’t very nice on the phone but due to the lack of shops like this in Glenwood, and what was going on with our family I ignored that. She told me to send an email including all the info which I did immediately and someone would get back with me the next day. No one ever reached out, no email back, no calls, it’s been a week.
