I do not know about the other so called,"artists" here but Matt is the worst so called "tattoo artist" i have ever encountered.. All he had to do was a simple skull on my hand.. The ink and most spots never even took.. Then, he wanted 80.00 to do a touch up.. Most, if not all, tattoo artists do touch ups for free.. Especially mistakes.. So if you do come to eternal tattoo in east point DO NOT HAVE MATTE, DO ANY OF YOUR WORK?
