Just purchased ink from here and I can say that I am very disappointed and feel this was a waste of money. No troubleshooting on that little paper that came with my ink worked. Unplugging and cleaning never helped either. I will never purchase from here again.

No large toner refills
The staff is nice, very knowledgeable. Unfortunately my hp printer isn't compatible with generic cartridges anymore. But for the last 7yrs, I've had no problems with this company. I recommend it in a heartbeat❤
