I ordered replacement cartridges for my printer in August. When I received them, one of the cartridges was leaking. I've contacted Inkojet by email and telephone multiple times to address this situation and have not received responses. Inkojet sells an inferior product and will not work with you to replace or refund the defective product(s) it sends.

Back on 10/9/2023 I placed an order for HP 962XL Remanufactured Ink Cartridges, 4 Color Pack for HP OfficeJet Pro. When I installed the ink cartridges, my printer quality prints declined, and the black ink was missing and faded on the page. I tried using the HP Smart Utility Tool to Clean Printhead and Clean Smear, but it did not help. Infact after installing your yellow cartridge the yellow print got worst. I am so glad that I discovered inkojet before replacing my old but reliable HP printer. This is the only place I am now able to purchase cartridges and actually at a much better price then previously. My most recent shipment did not work but customer service was very helpful and I just received a replacement shipment without charge. This claim was months old because I had been traveling and then honored it anyhow. I would recommend them highly!

This company deserves big recognition .. I use to buy my ink from staples for my canon . The past few years I use this company exclusively. The ink is excellent and I pay The same price for 12 cartridges from them that I paid for one large black at staples. I recently had an issue with my printer and EMILY the angel helped my til I got it right . If you have a problem with them they stand by their products. So disappointing. Non sense. Do not even think stopping here ! This place is scam, cartridges don’t work. What kind of quality is this? Go to Office Depot .5mile down street and earn rewards
