From the moment I arrived, there were red flags. The business name listed on Google did not even match the name on the building (it said Lotus online, but the sign read Inki Nail and Day Spa). I arrived with my friend at 3:30 PM and we did not leave until 9:40 PM — over six hours for what should have been a straightforward nail service. Nicole does great nails and I have been a customer for about a year! However, the prices are all over the place and it seems that she charges whatever she wants. Set the prices like other salons . I will not be returning .

Unfortunately, I have to give this place one star this place was really expensive I have never spent over 80 dollars for my nails. Not even good I can see my actually nail not worth it at all.

Called to ask if they would be able to do a pedicure, and when I arrived, the doors were locked, and the lights were off. Incredibly disappointed that I drove there after getting a great recommendation from another customer to find the salon closed two hours before their scheduled time.

My nails were very well done. They do great designs. Loved it !!!
