This tattoo establishment was not for me, they were very unprofessional. I will be going to Smitty's in Blue Island where they kept to their word and do what they said they would do! I am very disappointed. I was told to wait 30 minutes, I waited an hour and a half which would have been ok had the tattoo artist not acted like he didn't remember talking to me face to face on 12-22 and today.
