Service was good and took little longer than 5 days for a priority mailer. We orders two burn away prints and they print one of it on a paper that is not burn away and my customer we very disappointed that cake the whole burn away reveal that she planned for her boy friend is ruined. It is very disappointing
Second time ordering from them and same problem. Showed up late the first time so I had to order from Amazon. I’m still waiting for this order and so far no response from customer service. If you see this review- please refund me.
Misleading, read the fine print. Very last line on page talks about processing time, past all the stuff to place an order and descriptions. Paid for 2-3 day shipping needing the items then, charged instantly but 3 days later after I email they finally send a confirmation email saying it will be delivered in another 3 days. The return policy mentioned on "most things" doesn't apply to anything edible soooo most of their stuff. If it's late or messed up tough luck. Ordered for my sisters birthday, came out just like I expected
I ordered 2 sheets of 35 1.25" Custom Edible Graphics. I contacted them through email to make sure they understood I wanted a sheet of each graphic. They sent me one full sheet 1 image, and on the 2nd sheet half one image and half the same image they had already sent me. When I contacted them to explain what happened, they tried to say it was my fault, even though I had screenshot images that proved my order.
