They have horrible communication skills. I Drive 45 minutes and was 20 minutes late and told them I’d be 20 minutes late 30 minutes before because I had just gotten off work. Yea well I wasted my gas as my messages were read and left unanswered. They may be very talented tattoo artists but the booking and communication makes it stressful as all hell. Just got my back done today!!! Chuck was awesome! I love it. Also the most comfortable I’ve been in any tattoo shop. Everyone was very chill and nice. Will definitely be going back!!
my roommate and i got a helix (mine) and a tragus (her) today from chuck and we were so impressed! he listened to my concerns about my ear reacting poorly to previous piercings and made accommodations for what i asked for, and he made both of us very comfortable and worked quickly. when either of us are ready for more piercings, we'll be coming back here for sure.
Walked in without an appointment and someone was immediately ready to help. Staff was friendly and super chill. Work came out great!
