Took 1 month to receive order and when it arrived the order was wrong. Throughout the entire process I've not received any replies to any emails, so customer service is practically non existent. Even now, trying to get them to rectify the situation and ship correct order but not getting anywhere as they simply don't respond. Money lost.
Awful product. Smear and don’t look anything like the original. Do not recommend. Avoid.

Would rate 0 if I could. I ordered a specific Ladybug tattoo last month for a Christmas gift for my friend’s daughter. They sent me a random tree tattoo. I tried to correct this immediately via email but they ignored my email and sent it anyway. 18 emails later, and this is STILL ONGOING, my problem hasn’t been resolved. They didn’t send me the correct tattoo to make “make it right” (as they quote on their website on the customer service page).
