For basic functions this bed works fine but any time I have a client in the bed, the whole base has to be rotated if I need them to be on the opposite side. Had I known this I would not have bought the bed because obviously it would not be convenient to have a bed that was going to have to go into other peoples stations to rotate. I literally have to ask other artists to stop working to rotate. The customer service is really sub-par. This is a quality product overall but if you have issues expect long wait times for responses and fixes. If you rely on tattooing as your livelihood I would suggest going with a different company that has better customer support. For the cost of these pieces of equipment, there should be solutions for failing parts such as the armrests or hydraulics. The most uncomfortable chair . My clients complain constantly. Fake leather is paper thin. Ball bearings fell out of casters. Electrical issues. After 2 weeks use. Save your money

Absolutely horrible experience. Before ordering I emailed the company and spoke with Ricky stating that I did not want the default wheels as I was worried they would scratch up the floors in my new condo. I sent him a link to rollerblade wheels on Amazon and asked if they would fit, I was assured they would. When the stool arrived, it had the wheels on it and despite having the proper tools, they would not come off at all.
