First, shipping information was available for me to see on their website. But then, it disappeared and i can’t see where my package is. Last I saw, was the package landed in my state and was being delivered the following day. The next day when it didn’t arrive, I checked their website and the shipping information was gone and they claimed it never even shipped yet? Something is off with their website and I’m honestly disappointed. $35 for a basic shirt and crap shipping details on their website that don’t even work.
Just ordered an can't get any info about my order that they say has shipped ..but shipping place hasn't updated in 6 days ..I'm scared if I'm going to get my order an I spent a lot of money ..an then exchange rate ..ya so far not happy
As a small apparel shop owner myself I was disappointed in quality, sizing and associated (lack of) return policy/ customer service. ~$45 mistake that will only happen once - unfortunate as I had high hopes with this brand.
Just got my 1st order today and it arrived in 4 days. I love them all. Nice material. I will recommend.
