Customer service is good, professional, and reliable pricing.
So much more than ink and toner. There are dozens of high-end refurbished printers for sale at around half the cost of new. He also has a wall of hundreds of genuine parts for the DIY crowd. I made the mistake of recycling my Samsung color laser before dropping off it's cartridges here. He could have fixed it for less than the cost of a new cheap printer. But at least I've found my new place for all things printers. Great shop!
