Only one downfall to my experience was a call at 10:45 the night before my appointment saying my artist would not be in, but it's all good. People get sick. I asked if there was anybody else available and Manny stepped right up. Not knowing me or what I wanted, he still had me come in the next day, drew for 3 hours until he had a concept I was happy with, and put me in the chair for 4 1/2 hours.
