Company is very reliable and carries almost all types of current cartridges. They refill epson and HP cartridges for me at about 1/2 the price of new ones. I've never gotten a bad one in the more than three years I've been doing business with them. The great thing about them is that their ink is carefully formulated to be very similar to the original ink. They are a large enough company to do that. Highly recommended.
