Been calling for months to get a follow up on my case and nothing. The last time I spoke with my case manager several months ago she said she would follow up with me a week later. Didn’t hear anything for three weeks for I followed up. I was told she wasn’t in the office and they would relay the message. Another week goes by and nothing.
