When the supervisors break HIPPA by talking to you without verifying your identification about your treatment plan ... I could have been anyone...when the calls come in as scam likely, also a problem. No supervisors available when you call they're "all in a meeting" every single time. This place is a scam and a joke ran by the most unprofessional team
Everyone on the staff here is great. Toni (hope the spelling is correct) is a shining star. She ethically and promptly provides everything she can to help. She is fantastic, extremely intelligent, very positive, and is a major asset to IWP. She provides a great explanation of all aspects even through my injury effectively.
Great company to work with. Everyone there is extremely nice and they go out of their way to help solve any type of issues. I ALWAYS get my meds on time, and the one and only time that I didn't was because a huge storm had come through and flooded the area where my package had made a stop, waiting to go to its next destination. IWP is hands down THE BEST pharmacy that I have ever used, and one of THE BEST companies that I have dealt with. Please go back to using FedEx. I've had multiple issues with UPS. Most recently I have waited 5 days for my script that was supposed to be overnighted. I rave about your service to other injured workers but UPS can't seem to deliver the way that FedEx did. Please stop giving them our business.
