I can’t say anything about her work. However, trying to book with her is a headache. I thought I had a date and time set for my two year old, but after receiving my name, I asked her questions about pricing, payment, etc and she left me on “ read “, and never responded. As a potential paying client, I felt that was kind of rude and unprofessional. I shouldn’t have to keep following-up or double texting for answers or service. Then, to seeing my messages were read with no response. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.
Everything she does is amazing
Stubborn and dont listen. Difficult to work with and gave me the worst experience of my life with joy she is the absolute worst. Old doesnt understamd hair.
Dont bother looking elsewhere, Joy is the pinnacle of greatness at what she does. No uncomfortable tension when braiding, very detailed oriented, and amazing pure energy. She is the best
