The service was ok, unfortunately the customer service was really bad. I was told I would be given a doctor's consultation for a prescription for the therapeutic botox, so that my insurance would cover it. It was only based on this promise that I got the procedure done, and paid for it out of my own pocket under the assumption I would get reimbursed once I was given a prescription.
