Very angry that I lost money to this company, had been going to them for quite a while and always had deals to get you to prepay for future work which I did. After Covid I finally managed to book an appointment at a convenient time and on the day of my appointment I get a message from them cancelling my appt due to death of their director, they said they will keep me posted on when I can reschedule which they didn’t and a few days later I hear they have gone into receivership and no contact as to when or how to get my money ... read more

Similar experience to many others, pre paid for package deals for future use. They disappeared without any contact and no refunds offered. Disgusting.
They take your money and then run! Have reported them to the authorities and department of fair trading! The ugly blonde female owner of IIA is feral and needs to be held accountable and not lie to customers!
