VERY ANNOYED!! Had prepaid for services made an appointment only to get a message to cancel then found out they have now gone into receivership! NO CONTACT FROM THEM IN REGARDS TO A REFUND!!!
This place is a SCAM. i found them through an instagram advert and their number doesnt ring through. I stupidly prepaid $499 for a package and never got a reciept and was never given proof. I disputed the charge with amex and hoping to get a resolution that way. The instagram i got the package on no longer exists, i reached out over email and the old instagram they have and got an SMS return from "someone who doesnt work there anymore" as a courtesy.
Scam, they stole my money. I prepaid for a treatment in sydney cbd and they closed without refund
Similar experience to many others, pre paid for package deals for future use. They disappeared without any contact and no refunds offered. Disgusting.
Prepaid services and have now closed their doors with my money and others scam !!!
