I went from being in a lot of pain and unable to do a lot of the things I used to do, to not being in pain and back to hitting the gym like it owes me money. Excellent.
The receptionist who has an accent is very respectful and helpful. The other receptionist however has an awful tone sometimes and is concerningly not compassionate.
Dr. Petrus Retief has changed my life with his lumbar injections. I was unable to walk without severe pain in my back and down my leg. I was told I needed back surgery. Its been a year of seeing him and I am pain free, I walk, travel, trek and hike and I am forever grateful. His office is immaculate, his staff are the best, he is very kind, caring and I can't imagine where I'd be without his help.
Some days it seems to be an assembly line for procedures. I wish I could say it was a painless procedure, but it was traumatic for me. The ladies at the desk are lovely and helpful though.
Went today for a procedure on my foot. It was well explained, and well executed. Thanks so much!
