They doesn’t listen or even understand what you’re asking for. Worst Acrylic Toe Sets I have ever gotten. I kept asking for changes before the acrylic was fully set and the lady kept nodding like she understood, but didn’t do anything. It wasn’t until the end that she got someone who could actually understand me, as I was upset they were uneven and not the shape I wanted at all. Jolie did my nails today and she’s always really good. Showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did great.
