Extremely smooth process all the way through.
I knew my 1988 gas boiler system was about to let go so I reached out to Tetra to get on the schedule for a replacement. In the interim, Thursday, my boiler failed and flooded my basement; now an emergency status. No heat or hot water. I reached out to my contact Friday am and they had a team here at 8:15 am the very next morning. The entire team are very friendly, professional and efficient. Even recieved a follow-up call. I could not be more pleased. Many thanks to Parrish, Jon, Bruno & team. Very happy customer.
