Ive now had 2 installs over the last few years (having just moved) and I remain as impressed as ever with the entire Tetra team from intake to install, which again occurred within a single month! The sales process was seamless, with prompt and responsive communication. Tetras pecifically John and Jvonnah quickly accommodated my request for an expedited installation, completing it within three days of signing the contract. Installer Wally and his team finished 80% of the work on the first day and wrapped up the remainder the next. When I reported an issue, the crew returned the very next day to resolve it. I’m completely satisfied with both Tetra and the installation team.

d a mini split installed two months ago, and it’s still not functioning due to a faulty condenser. Tera has sent out five different service visits, and yet we have no resolution and no path forward. After all this time, the unit remains unusable. Communication has been unclear, and the lack of progress is beyond frustrating.
