products are ok quality, customer service is terrible. my order took nearly a month to ship with zero communication from the company. they do not answer their phone and are slow to respond to emails. the agent told me i couldn't cancel the order before it shipped and it could not be returned after it shipped we found so many solid competitors with better products, great customer service, and fast shipping times. we will never purchase form inhabit living again
Please post updated hours online. Google and Apple Maps list you as open during the week. Your last update on Google is from 2020 saying the showroom is open, and the hours on the door don’t seem updated either. Perhaps be a bit friendlier to people who show up inquiring about your hours; we’re simply here because we love your aesthetic, and we couldn’t possibly know the status of your showroom has changed.
