I WAS IN TO SEE HER 2 WEEKS AGO . SHE THOUGHT IT IMPORTANT TO HAVE SOME TEST RIGHT AWAY I HAVE CALLED 3 TIMES AND AM STILL WAITING ON A CALL REGARDING THE RESULTS OF THESE IMPORTANT TEST. GOOD THING I WASN'T DYING! IT IS LIKE PULLING TEETH TO GET THE RESULTS OF ANY TESTS FROM HER OFFICE . DON'T KNOW IF IT IS HER OR STAFF BUT WHATEVER IT IS I AM THROUGH AND LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR. WASN'T THIS WAY UNTIL SHE JOINED THE KENTUCK Y ONE HEALTH GROUP.
She listened to me with full attention and asked questions to help figure out a solution to my problem.
