Charlie did an excellent job taking care of my garage door and getting a new garage door opener installed
Just had a repairman, Caleb, come out and fix our door and it was wonderful! Caleb was a very nice and respectful repairman who explained everything that was wrong with the door on top of what I called about being wrong. He explained the safety check that the company runs as well. If there was anything we didn’t want to fix or replace today that wasn’t urgent then he didn’t push on the matter. As luck would have it, our garage door would not fully close over the weekend. I called Ingstrup Garage Doors at 8 am on Monday and received same-day service. Floyd Gibbons arrived early during the allotted service window. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. Very happy with Ingstrup and Floyd’s quick and friendly service!
