We are grateful to Floyd Gibbons’ expert work and Ingstrup Garage Doors’ quick response to our garage door crisis, where the springs snapped on a Sunday afternoon leaving garage door immovable. Ingstrup Garage Doors had someone answering phones on Sunday and they were able to schedule service the very next day! Caleb did a great job replacing our garage door springs and walked me through the entire process. Additionally, he did a great inspection of our entire system and didn't try to push any high cost upsells; he just stuck to the facts and did a great job. Insgtrup also did a great job with their online booking where I was able to schedule a non-emergency repair on a Sunday for a next day repair on Monday. Excellent job all the way around. I highly recommend Caleb and Insgtrup if you're in the Lansing area!!
Explained everything he was going to do. Why he was going to do it and everything came out very very nice I'm very happy and pleased with the job the young man did.
I woke up to a broken garage door spring and was so happy with the customer service and responsiveness of Ingstrup. Charlie was able to come out same day and get it fixed up. He was very kind, efficient and thorough - walking me through all the steps he took and preventative maintenance to be aware of. 10/10 - would highly recommend for professional and quick service!
