Wow! We just had Charlie from Ingstrup here to look at a couple issues with our 21 year old garage door opener. We replaced it and a couple of other parts. Charlie is a great communicator, completed all the work in the time he said it would take, and then showed us how to program our cars to pair with the opener. He was very thorough going over all the features of the openers and how they worked. If your garage door needs help, definitely give Charlie a call!
Couldn't ask for a more timely, competent, friendly person than Charlie. He took the time to explain the process the procedures the options and the cost prior to installing our door replacement. After installation he explained everything one more time and answered any and all questions we had. I would highly recommend Ingstrup and Charlie specifically without question or hesitation. What a great company and person.

And at the end he explained how the garage door functions and why it functions that way. I’m comfortable and glad Alex was the technician that installed my door.
