I was originally scheduled have my colonoscopy but her office staff is not the friendliest. Decided to go with another doctor.
Excellent, knowledgeable, caring doctor for.me as her patient. She is one of my loving & favorite doctors that I admire with great respect for iner profession of great appreciation. I highly recommend of the Medical of Excellence of her future patients.
I’ve been rescheduled 3 times because “unfortunately the doctor won’t be in”. I have yet to see this doctor in person and my issue persists. This is not a game, it’s our health.
Only saw Dr. Chakon twice and then I was seen by an incompetent PA. She gave me the wrong results and I still have not heard from her with the correct ones! If I am not mistaken, she sent me to get imaging done on the wrong organ! They make appointments over the phone to give you results but they don't keep them. If you are scheduled to have a telephone call at 10am, they may not even call you until the afternoon!
