Amazing experience! Very friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. They take the time to actually listen and create a plan that works for you, not a one-size-fits-all approach. Highly recommend to anyone trying to eat better, feel better, and stay consistent.
If I could leave no stars I would. This review is for the Watkinsville location. My mother, a cancer patient, arrived for her appointment promptly at 1:30pm. The dietician was busy with another patient so she waited. At 2:00 another patient and their spouse arrived and sat and waited alongside my mother. At 2:05 the dietician came out of the room and instead of calling my mother in, she called the couple that had come in after her. There is no one at the front. There is no check in process. I have worked with Susan Boekle for the last few years on my journey with my diet and exercise to improve my health issues. She has been super supportive and a wonderful resource. She has been a cheerleader and encourager to me even when I was at my lowest. I've learned so very much from her and am thankful to have worked with her.
Susan has been wonderful guiding me through the bariatric diet process!!
