Ingrid Hess is a fantastic broker. I’ve bought two houses in two different Ffld county towns and her wealth of knowledge is unparalleled. She knew every house and was able to educate us on the different towns and neighborhoods while being so responsive and patient as we figured out what we truly wanted. That sort of insider knowledge as well as long-standing relationships with other brokers really made us feel like we had a leg up during our search and during the offer process. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I just wanted to write a recommendation for anyone who is looking for a realtor. I highly recommend Ingrid Hess along with her team Pam & Dayana. Ingrid has been nothing short of amazing to deal with. She is professional, nice, knowledgeable, personable, and gets things done. It was nice to have someone who was honest on our side.
