Dr. Haza took the time to speak to me and didn’t rush me. She then spoke to my son and was able to make him feel comfortable and able to express his feelings and concerns. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind.
So far not a good experience with this provider. I'm constantly receiving inaccurate delayed and unhelpful information from her staff allegedly coming from her. I send her messages in My Chart and just by the spelling and grammar you can tell it's her medical assistants responding to the messages. Very improper and unprofessional in my opinion. I don't want to receive medical instruction from individuals who do not even require a bachelor's degree to do their job. I will be looking for another provider.
Let me begin by saying she would not see my daughter because we were 15 minutes late. My daughter was in a very bad accident and was having nightmares and trauma. And we got an appointment got her ready with many broken bones and got her in the car and drove in morning traffic from Miami. Because she said she needed more time is beyond insensitive, and unprofessional. You would expect a bit of compassion especially when dealing with children. If the goal is to help children, she failed miserably!!!
Very bad experience with this doctor. Strongly not Reccomend .
