I was seen by Dr. Roundy. I barely sat down in the waiting room and my name was called to go back for my appointment. Thats a plus. My appointment didn't last long. She's not a personable or friendly person. Definitely not interested in the patient , just facts. No smile when she introduced herself and unfriendly. I had been previously seen in the ER as I was hurt in an accident and fractured my back. I was in terrible pain. The ER doctor showed more kindness, compassion & interest than Dr.Roundy.
