Five Stars doesn't cover it. My visits to Dr Ingrassia have always been positive. He knows how to apply the TLC, and he is a problem solver. Most recently, I had a complicated insurance problem not caused by Dr Ingrassia, but Diane from his office spent close to 2 hours on the phone with our insurance carrier and helped solve our problem. She went "over and above" the call of duty. Amanda always is helpful and provides great customer service.

Dr. Ingrassia and his staff are the best. I have been seeing them for a few weeks and even though my issue is going to take some time to improve, he is so attentive and informative each session. The office is clean, bright and welcoming. The wait times are minimal but even if you had to wait a few minutes it is worth it for all the care you will receive. Highly reccomend!
I am so glad we found this doctor. He's attentive, thorough, available and gives you a sense of caring. The office staff is nice and supportive.
Dr Ingrassia has been our family podiatrist for years. He has treated us for, broken toes, broken metatarsals and plantar fasciitis. He is compassionate and thorough in his care - when he is treating you, you have his undivided attention. We have never felt rushed. His staff is respectful and courteous and the follow up care is always appreciated as are the returned phone calls - Five Stars to the Doctor and his staff - Highly recommended.
