We contracted him to repair our metal roof and clean our gutters. He complained about how much work it was, so clearly doesn’t know his profession enough to properly quote. 6 months later we have a massive roof leak. After two weeks of calling multiple times a day with no answer, I’m looking for a new contractor.
Made a repair on my roof that didn’t last 8 months. I’ve made several attempts to contact Ingram Roofing but never received any response. I’m a contractor and can’t understand how in the world you can’t get a return call when there is a service issue. A contracting business will have no chance of survival when you don’t take care of existing customers. Oh, and his failed repair cost me about $300 more than the company that will repair it properly this time.
Bill did a great job installing a new ridge vent and soffit vent on my 100 year old house. He respected my home and without asking took care of loose gutters and down spouts that need attention. I have also used Bill's services at my prior residence where he recoated/sealed my flat roof. A great level of pride is shown in his work, all done at a very competitive prices.
