I have no idea how their installation is but I do know it's like pulling teeth to get answers out of the girl in store. She was very sweet and friendly but apparently had no authority to pass along pricing, etc. When I asked what 11x11 of a sample would run She let me know only the owner can tell me that. I asked for the square ft price so I could figure it and she couldn't say. She said the owner would come measure but then it could take a couple days to work out a quote. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, install was done by the owner, and everything was cleaned when he left. Audrey in the showroom was a big help in finding the perfect flooring. Can't wait to finish the rest of my house.
