I confirmed my child's appointment 2 days ago and came in today for the appointment. I was informed the office tried to call me to reschedule the appointment. I have no missed calls or voicemails. My child had an urgent need that required a provider but they were of no help. Worse experience ever.
I would not go to this place very unprofessional
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR OFFICE. I was very disappointed with Dr. Ogoh’s office. I needed a medical accommodation signed the same day for my job, but they would not provide it in a timely manner wanted me to wait 7 DAYS. Dr. Ogoh was unprofessional, and her office manager, Monica, was also unhelpful and dismissive. I expected timely support for an urgent work-related matter, and this experience was frustrating and stressful. If you want a doctor who cares about you, PLEASE DONT GO HERE!
Very unprofessional Mrs.Carol was taking my blood and was on the phone I passed out I reported it and she lied about it good thing I recorded it with my phone if I could give zero stars I would the staff is horrible need major improvement.
