CAN'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS DEALER GOT A BBB RATING OF A+. THE FINANCE GUY SIGNED MY NAME TO A "SERVICE WARRANTY" AND HE LATER ADMITTED TO IT AND GOT FIRED.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a car. I only gave it 1 star because ZERO wasn't an option. I also wish I had read the reviews before trying to deal with these people. Especially the people who said it was a classic "bait and switch." The price that was online AND on Truecar were actually $2,600 less than the price that they gave me when it was time to do the paperwork. This is a terrible place! Legal crooks! I corresponded with their internet sales team about a Rogue selling for 21K. I told them how much I could afford to pay and person told me her manager approved. I was told to just come by and sign the papers and I would be on my way. I was in a hurry because I needed tp be somewhere but when I got there they told me that my payments would be $100 dollars more a month then I was quoted. Stay Away From IPAC You've Been Warned Conclusion - Unfair, dishonest, deceptive practices, unhelpful (except business person Toni), or incompetent people/place. Sales, finance, service, and management – down the line. Wish I'd read the reviews first and didn't trust these people. Bad reviews on net are on point - early ones match the recent ones. Suggestion - Stay away from this place. I'll NEVER do business with IPAC ever again, nor anyone who worked there.

Drove 4 1/2 hours for a Nissan Pathfinder vin #5n1dr2mm5jc675161 was quoted $28,310 by Frank and when we got to the dealer we were told that the price was 31,300. And then lied about the financing claiming 420 a month, when we got there they told us $590. Wasted 8 hrs and 2 tanks of gas. Classic bait and switch

I was sold a Nissan Rogue Sport being led to believe it was a regular Nissan Rogue. I was also trading in my leased Toyota Camry with three months remaining on the lease. Completed the transaction and left in my new Rogue Sport. Over a month later, upon calling Toyota Financial, I learned Nissan had not made any attempt to buy out my Camry that I traded in with them.
